King Suite, Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Heated pool

Disappointing Positive: It’s was cleans and a good location for where we needed it. Negative: -We had to ask for toilet paper. -We had to ask for the pool and door key, cause that wasn’t in the room like it was supposed to be. -They advertised with a sofa bed and two people end up having to sleep on the floor. As there was just a couch no sofa bed. -The main bed in the bed room had to come off its box spring as that was completely broken. -We were told by the Host Candace 1-289-233-4898 that she would take care of a reimbursement as that was not ok that they advised for a sofa bed and there wasn’t one. I have reached out 3 times and have had nothing dealt with. -The worst service, Host, and booking all around. I would highly not recommend this place, booking platform, or the Host of Candace with the number listed above.

Very enjoyable experience. Thank you. Positive: Convenient and easy location. Very clean and met hostess who was very friendly. Nice layout with just the right amenities. Loved the pool! Negative: Noise travels especially doors closing. Mattress could be firmer. Foam pillows were a bit lumpy.
