Positive: This property was easy to find and a few minutes walk to Vetta Spa, which we did visit on Friday night.
Very clean, comfortable bed, more than enough space for the two of us. Everything we needed: microwave, fridge, kettle were there Instructions with a passwords for an entry was given to us by email. I would recommend it.

Hot tubs were NOT tubs :(
Positive: The rate was reasonable.
Negative: 1) Both hot tubs out of order. Outdoor one was in state of ruin..likely for years.
2) lot of international students being disrespectful in the pool.
3) not enough parking and only odd # spots, other guests writing notes on cars not to park.
4) zero staff around to ask questions or resolve issues for the common facilities.
