Valley Vista Retreat: Luxe Studio | Top Floor Serenity | Romantic Getaway | Heated Pool Haven

Positive: Facilities and location were perfect. Outdoor pool is definitely a highlight! Negative: Bed is indeed too high

Anniversary trip Positive: The location was great. Very close to horseshoe valley resort where we went tubing and also close to Vëtta spa where we went to relax. Check in was easy with the codes. The kitchenette was adequately stocked to make simple meals. We took advantage to make breakfast both days. Negative: Parking was somewhat confusing given our unit didn't have its own labeled spot. However, the host got back to us immediately regarding visitor parking spots. The bed had a memory foam topper that was very thick and didn't provide adequate support. We removed it the second night, so our sleep was much improved. Some of the dishes in our unit, as well as the air fryer was dirty when we got there so we had to clean them ourselves before using. The neighbours were very loud on Sunday morning when we're sleeping around 8 am. The outer unit door is shared and doesn't have a soft close so it was slamming quite frequently as kids went in and out. Would be nice if there was a mechanism to prevent slamming.

Positive: Great location, very tidy and clean. Negative: A few more kitchen items would help, like dish soap and rack. The sofa bed is actually not that great as a sofa, but what can you do?

Lovely getaway Positive: Very cute studio condo. Great for a couples getaway. Very clean. Check-in was effortless. Easy to get to. Had microwave. Mini fridge. Coffee maker. Air fryer/toaster oven. Own balcony. Bathroom roomy with large shower. Negative: There were some flaws although not a huge deal. Because you share the same top floor as another unit, it can be loud with others staying right beside you. Like other reviews have mentioned, the bed IS extremely high. Definitely needed help from hubby getting onto bed. But bed was comfortable. Didn’t have paper towel/napkins. Did not have a pool key card left for us to use those facilities. (Was not a huge deal as we didn’t end up using it).

Positive: We where blessed to have the most amazing family below us. That helped us while attempting juggle babies and bags, they instantly brought the family enviroment before we were even in the door. The room was very calming, well se up. Beautiful views. Good amenities. We did check out the trails, but were specifically there for rest. Negative: A little difficult to navigate for Uber drop off/ pick up.
