Got there late, slept, got up and went to work

Negative: The couch was falling apart, the fireplace wasn't working. The bed was a pedestal ... Literally had to climb to get on it. A bit obnoxious. There were damages in the bathroom fixtures. The kitchen was missing some crucial items like paper towels and knives that actually cut. I used to stay here when it was still a resort and the quality has gone down now that it's privately owned.

Nice area , nice place . With working hot water would have been better Positive: Netflix Negative: The bed was to high for wife and way to soft had a bad sleep , no hot water for shower or jacuzzi . Very disappointed in this. The only reason I got this place was for jacuzzi and pool . Wasn’t able to use either . Also the handle in shower was broken and it fell off and took about 25 mins to get it back on to shut the cold water off

No Heated Pool Paradise. Pool was closed. Negative: When I first arrived I had trouble getting the door code to work. I called the host twice, no answer. I left a message, no one called me back. The pool was closed and the pool was the main reason I chose this place. I wish this had been disclosed so I wouldn't had booked this placed.

Meh - wouldn't stay again Negative: When we arrived there were no towels or sheets for half the guests (we were a group of 4) and as a result we had to communicate with the host back and forth for hours before the situation was resolved. Furthermore the aircon didn't work on a really muggy summers evening and there was no fan available even though we contacted the property manager about it and she said she would bring one by. We waited and waited but she just never showed back up. It was hot in there for 4 people as the air circulation was poor and the pull-out was also unfortunately uncomfortable. I really expected more for the price and was quite disappointed overall. Can't say I'd recommend.
